THE OBJECT OF THE INSURANCE

EUROINS insures construction-assembly work carried out on the territory of Romania or of any other countries by construction-assembly contractors with permanent headquartersinRomania.

INSURED RISKS

SECTION I. MATERIAL DAMAGES
The insurance covers the insured events which occurred during the validity period, generated by the sudden and unforeseen damage or destruction of the insured goods mentioned in the attachments to the contract, due to any causes, with the exception of those mentioned as being excluded, which impose the repair or replacement of the respective item.

SECTION II - THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY
The Insurer pays compensation to the Insured within the limits provided in the Specification for prejudice caused to third parties to whom he must pay compensatory amounts, following:

• bodily injuries (followed by death or not);
• provoking material damages
• Trial expenses that the Insured must pay to the claimant, according to a final court decision.

INSURED PERIOD

• The liability of the Insurer starts at the time of opening the construction - assembly site, respectively at the time of bringing the first machinery items, materials or any other goods comprised in the attached Specification on the site, irrespective of the date mentioned in the Specification, provided that the Insured notifies this moment to the Insurer in written and in a maximum of 24 hours or during the first working day from the date registered in the reception report for the respective materials.
• The insurance is concluded for the duration of the execution of the construction - assembly work related to the stages agreed upon by contract.
