Comprehensive insurance of the household and of domestic goods (HA)
The insurance contract comprises three sections as follows:

THE OBJECT OF THE INSURANCE
SECTION 1 - BUILDINGSThe insurance covers the following:
- flats (in blocks, villas), holyday homes, and also electric, hydraulic, heating, sanitary installations and equipments, which serve the buildings and which are located in the insured space;
- domestic goods: furniture, carpets, notes, domestic appliances, electronic devices;
- the land on which the building is located, appurtenances or separate annexes, which were built without building projects and/or building permits;
- buildings made of wood or adobe, buildings in an advanced degradation state, buildings which have not been lived in or which are abandoned, buildings without building projects and/or building permits, or buildings included into classes 1 and 2 of seismic risk; paintings, sculptures, objects with artistic, scientific or historic value, coin or stamp collections, objects made of platinum, gold, silver, postage stamps, securities, credit instruments, money.
SECTION 2 – ACCIDENT INSURANCE FOR PERSONS
The insurance covers the following:
- the bodily integrity and/or the life of the Insured/of the members of his family as a consequence of the occurrence, within the insured period and within the insured space, irrespective of their will, of an accident the consequence of which is their permanent and/or temporary incapacity or the death.
- persons with more than 50 % disability degree;
- those who need permanent care;
- persons who suffer mental illnesses.
SECTION 3 – THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE
Euroins pays indemnities for:
- The amounts that the Insured must pay for prejudice that he/she is responsible of, according to the law, with respect to third parties who have been prejudiced by the occurrence of the covered risks and which provoked the bodily injury or at the death, and also the damage or destruction of goods belonging to third parties.
- Expenses incurred by the Insured or by the members of his/her family during the civil trial, if they were forced to pay damages due to the afore-mentioned events.
INSURED RISKS
- Fire, accidental damages produced by a fire to gas, water, sewage or central heating installations located within the insured premises;
- Lightning;
- Explosion;
- Earthquake;
- Water infiltrations coming from the premises in which third parties live, and also water dripping conform water installations due to accidental damages;
- Theft by breaking an entry;
- Theft by acts of robbery of goods which have been insured or theft perpetrated by using the original keys obtained by robbery, including the costs for the replacement of the locks;
- Breaking or damaging, with the occasion of the theft or of the attempt at breaking the entry, of walls, roofs, ceilings, doors, windows of the buildings, and of the furniture from within the buildings;
- Expenses for replacing building elements and/or broken locks, on the occasion of the theft or of the attempt at breaking the entry;
- Accidents occurred during the validity period of the policy which result in death and/or permanent (total or partial) invalidity;
- Material damages and/or bodily injuries caused onto third parties by involuntary acts;
