In case of insurance paid by installment payment and the occurrence of damage, it is necessary to have all installments paid in full in order to receive any compensation?
Compensation indemnity (payment) is obtained by deducting from the value of the total damage value, the franchise, and the offset (deduction) of all insurance premium rates which have not reached the maturity by the damage occurrence date.
