THE OBJECT OF THE INSURANCE

By the present insurance conditions, EUROINS undertakes to insure against the risk of the cancellation of the trip by the Insured, according to the provisions of the current insurance conditions and to the contract termination conditions provided by the tourist agency in the tourist service contract.

INSURED RISKS

The risk of the cancellation of the trip affects those who have paid in full or in part the price of the trip and who prove that the cancellation occurred due to one of the following reasons:

• death, severe illness or the accident of the Insured, of the husband/wife of the Insured or of one of the first-degree relatives of the Insured.
• during the 30 days period previous to the trip, one of the properties of the Insured is destroyed as a consequence of an event due to which the presence at the domicile is motivated during the day of the departure.

INSURED AMOUNTS (LIABILITY LIMITS)

The insured amount is the price or a part of the price of the trip paid by each Insured, and which shall be retained as penalty by the tourist agency on the termination of the contract, but not more than 1,500 EUR for each person and not more than 5,000 EUR per tourist service contract, irrespective of the number of individuals who were going to benefit the contract.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE INSURED

In the case in which EUROINS chooses to terminate the tourist service contract, he must notify the Insurer by phone, within 24 hours, by calling the dispatch service and afterwards he must submit to EUROINS the compensation claim application, together with the necessary justification papers.
To make proof of the payment in advance or in full of the equivalent value of the contracted tourist services (invoice, receipt, voucher).
