INSURANCE OBJECT

The MVL insurance policy covers the delictual civil liability of the owner or the user of a vehicle for the prejudices caused to a third party, through the vehicle registered or recorded in Romania.

COVERED RISKS

Direct and indirect material damages, harm or death, including prejudices without patrimonial character.

RISKS COVERAGE

The insurance is valid throughout the territory of the EUROPEAN UNION (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria,  Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Great Britain, Holland, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary), and  Switzerland, Island, Norway, Lichtenstein, Andorra and Croatia.

INSURANCE PERIODS

The MVL policy is concluded on a period of 6 months or 12 months.
