Professional third party liability insurance resulting from building consultancy services (MP)
THE OBJECT OF THE INSURANCE
In exchange for the collected insurance premium, Euroins, insures against professional liability any companies authorized according to the law to carry out assistance and technical consultancy activities in the field of civil construction work: dwelling buildings or offices, commercial, health, religious and industrial centres, transport ways (highways, roads, bridges, tunnels), sports facilities, public interest objectives, and also restoration projects thereof.INSURED RISKS
The insurance contract covers acts of negligence, errors or omissions occurred during the act of carrying out contract obligations engaged in by the Insured and related to the services provided by the Insured and mentioned in the following:a) preliminary activities for building-assembly work: checking the documentation regarding the offer, assisting the employer in assessing the offers, the projects and the technical documentation in general, establishing the amount of guarantees, etc.
b) managing contracts including management of contracts under the aspect of financial correctness;
c) getting involved in the technical aspects of the development of the assistance contract and also in the analysis of the applicability of the project and of its alternatives, the schedule of the work and work progress diagrams, the provisions regarding the flow of the traffic during the development of the contract, etc.
d) supervision of the work comprising the supervision of the fulfilment of the work stages according to progress charts, performing tests and checking materials brought to the site, checking the equipment and labour.
e) drawing up compulsory reports, including the issuance of partial reception certificates or of final reception certificates of the work, of guarantee certificates, the supervision of specific activities for the guarantee period, etc.
f) expenses for issuing duplicates of documents or of data support received in view of carrying out contract obligations such as tender books, projects, economical-financial documentation, progress charts and any other documents directly connected with the object of the insurance and necessary as a consequence of the accidental loss or damage thereof.

LIABILITY LIMIT
Per event:The liability taken on by EUROINS shall not exceed in total, related to a prejudice or a series of prejudice generated by one and the same the insured event, the limit of the event liability provided by the policy.
Per insurance period:
The liability taken on by EUROINS shall not exceed in total, related to all of the events occurred during the insured period the limit of the liability provided by the policy.
INSURANCE PREMIUM
The insurance is considered concluded only through the payment of the agreed premium and the issuance of the insurance policy. The payment of the insurance premium shall be made in advance and in full or in instalments.OBLIGATIONS OF THE INSURED
General obligationsThe rigorous observance and the fulfilment by the Insured of the obligations provided in the insurance contract and also the assumption that the statements and the answers of the Insured registered in the insurance application are true shall be a condition which precedes any liability which falls upon the Insurer.
The Insured shall notify EUROINS in written, in a maximum of 48 hours after gaining knowledge, of any event susceptible of falling under present insurance. He/she shall provide all the data, information and documents that he/she has at his/her disposal and shall notify the company of all the diligences made in view of obtaining thereof.
