Brief History

Euroins Insurance Group (EIG), which is part Euroins Romania, besides Euroins Bulgaria, Macedonia and Euroins Euroins Health, is at the moment, the main engine of expansion of the group, on the insurance market in Europe.

One of the largest and independent groups in the region, EIG aims on the insurance market from Romania, through Euroins Romania, to position the top 5 best insurers and become one of the most respected brands.

A tradition that has its beginnings in 1994, SC Euroins Romania Insurance Reinsurance SA is now on the insurance market in Romania, a notable presence that combines social dimension of the insurance sales, human dimension, which is based on a personalized approach for each client. The company has grown and developed over time, constantly adding value to our products and sales strategy approach, the concept of customer service has managed to create and deliver support in taking risks and offering comprehensive insurance products. Over 1 million customers, 500 employees and over 4,500 employees agents, offers the image of what is now Euroins Romania.

The two basic levels  of the company business are the insurance selling and the claims activity, involving the establishment, reobsarvation event, opening and management of claim files to the final stage: the payment of claim file, practically this means to solve the client's case.

Now, the company's sales strategy involves aggression, but in the good sense of the term, diversity and extended addressability, meaning to diverse the range of clients all over the country, to particular social groups, which we will provide customized solutions. We work with a team of professionals insurance sales with many years of experience in the market, with the necessary power to achieve a coherent and competent sales process: the ability to be assertive, to communicate effectively, to negotiate with clients, to develop relationships with network partners and also tenacity, perseverance, strength work.

At regional level, the agencies are working with over 4,500 territorial agents, managing to include the entire country. Dynamics of the sales process can be exemplified here, with the new started project, of rural partnerships that are designed precisely to develop the territorial network.
The second important pillar of
the company business segment refers to damages, which involves the claims inspectors, damages for both auto and non-auto clients of Euroins.

The company wants a permanent improvement of internal working procedures and a stronger customer relationship professionalization, transparent and accurate delivery of their solutions and also trying to find the needed balance to develop sustainable partnerships, to offer quality services and real-time clients.

As business vision, we aim to develop the national sales network, strategic partnerships, based on the benefits of Euroins Romania employees, promotional campaigns in order to diversify the portfolio of clients, especially on non-auto segment, continuous professional training and specialized training for employees and company employees, to promote these competitive products.
